College Learning Support Comparison Worksheet for Parents of Students With ADHD or Learning Differences

A parent worksheet to compare what you looked up at up to three college learning-support offices: documents you already have, what each office asks for, and what you still coordinate.

Use this Ivy Ready worksheet when a college's learning-support office is part of how you read the list. In 5 to 15 minutes you name up to three colleges, mark the documentation your household already has, record what each office's own page said, and copy a plain-text comparison.

This is not a diagnosis guide and not medical advice. Ivy Ready does not publish another college's disability-office policy here. You write what you looked up. Policies change. Confirm every line on that college's site before you rely on it.

SAT and ACT accommodations are a different job. Use the testing-accommodations neighbor for College Board and ACT SSD. Testing spend and score-talk rules stay on parent testing support boundaries. Family role and later hire questions stay on parent college application support.

Compare up to three colleges

Add a card only when that college is on the working list. Write the source you opened. Mark a row when you looked that question up. Leave a row unmarked when you have not opened that page yet. Your student still owns the list and, unless that college's own process names a parent contact, the later request to the office.
