Every transfer school sets its own deadlines and asks for its own documents. Use one card per school. Copy each date from that school's admission page, then add the link and the day you checked it. This page does not supply deadlines, and it does not know which documents a school requires.

Not required, requested, sent, and received are different. Mark a document received only after the school confirms it, usually in its applicant portal. Leave a menu on Not checked yet until you have read that school's instructions.
