These two samples show a finished card and a partial card. They are not saved, and they are not defaults. Nothing below is filled in for you.
Completed example
Field: how living systems respond to a local change.
Interest: the unexpected result in an environmental lab.
Course: a public college intro ecology lab on a watershed. Catalog URL written down.
Experiment: read that lab handout and write three questions. No additional spending.
Status: Done. Observation: the work is outdoor measurement. Appealed: being outside. Did not appeal: the week-1 species list.
Unknown: whether a later course is mostly chemistry. Next: ask the science teacher which senior course uses a lab like that. Revisit: three weeks after that conversation.
Partial example
Field: visual communication.
Interest: staying late on yearbook pages.

Experiment: find one community-college design course description. Status: Not started.
Limits: no additional spending, and a bus home by 6.
