In 5 to 15 minutes you name the planned senior courses, mark Keep, Lighten, or Do not drop yet, and copy the grid. Your student owns each course decision. You watch load, graduation, sleep, and activities.
This is not a senior-year-in-progress article, and it is not a grade-recovery essay. If grades have already moved, do not use this grid to pick a drop. It is also not the junior-year on-track checklist: leave testing windows, recommenders, and the family calendar there.

Copy stays off until four planned courses have a name and a stance. Parent-watched marks make the copy-out clearer, but they do not turn copy on by themselves.
Mark the planned senior courses
Write the course your student is planning for senior year. Keep means the planned course stays as written. Lighten means reduce planned intensity (honors vs regular, or fewer extras around that course), not a drop. Do not drop yet means the course stays on the planned schedule in this sitting. It is not a later drop plan. Graduation rules are school-specific. This grid does not tell a family to drop a course.
