Use this Ivy Ready check in the summer before senior year, or before the first application is sent. The job is to see whether the academic records the student will rely on agree with each other: the current high-school transcript, courses from another high school, dual enrollment or college coursework, a summer or online provider when one applies, the senior courses now in progress, and the titles and levels those records use.
Your student leads the application. You help notice a missing line or a title that does not match. Do not paste a full transcript, a Social Security number, or a grade-by-grade dump into this page. Do not recalculate a GPA here. A discrepancy goes to the school office or counselor.
The master submission list stays on the college application checklist. Counselor paperwork stays on the counselor recommendation worksheet. Household facts for the Common App Family section stay on the parent and household worksheet.
Entries are temporary. They are not saved if you leave or reload.

Untouched rows stay out of the note. A looked-up row with an empty note says looked up; result not recorded.
