Use this Ivy Ready planner when senior fall has to hold classes and applications in the same week. Fill a normal week, then one week that already has a known deadline cluster. A week has 168 hours. The numbers below are estimates the student is willing to use, including a low and high for homework. Meals, personal care, and other commitments have their own lines. The deadline-heavy week starts blank. It does not copy the normal week. Sleep and personal time stay in the week when the student wants to keep them.
An overcommitted week means the hours do not fit. It does not name a class, activity, or job to remove. Course choices stay on the senior-year course load review. Essay deadlines stay on the senior essay inventory. The application task list stays on the 11th-12th grade application execution sheet.
